Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exceptions
- Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
